For this South Dublin property, the client’s brief was to create a warm, inviting, yet highly contemporary sanctuary. The design vision centered on balancing soft, calming neutrals with a striking architectural focal point.
We anchored the room by wrapping large-format, soft grey stone-effect tiles seamlessly across the floors and walls. To inject sophisticated personality into the space, we designed a breathtaking feature wall utilizing blush pink tiles laid in a classic herringbone pattern. This beautiful contrast establishes an immersive, textured foundation for the entire room
To elevate the premium aesthetic, we integrated luxurious brushed brass hardware throughout the layout. This striking finish was applied to the advanced rainfall showerhead and matching bath controls, the sleek basin mixer tap, and the custom towel rails mounted on a contemporary vertical white designer radiator. To maximize spatial flow and maintain a clutter-free environment, we installed a custom-built, wall-hung white two-drawer vanity unit.
Above this, a modern backlit mirrored cabinet provides both intelligent hidden storage and a warm ambient glow. The reflection in the mirror reveals a meticulously engineered recessed wall niche within the shower area, designed to keep daily essentials neatly out of sight. A streamlined, modern close-coupled toilet and a minimalist frameless glass bath screen perfectly preserve the room’s clean architectural lines.
By meticulously balancing the tactile warmth of the blush herringbone with sleek grey stone and radiant brushed brass accents, we delivered a highly sophisticated modern interior.
